All equipment and training will be provided. Prior experience with Stone care, handling and installation is preferred.

• Follow established policies and procedures in performing duties
• Ensure safe and careful loading, unloading and installation of materials
• Willing to take ownership to perform quality work to completion
• Secure and transport materials
• Able to drive and be insurable on company vehicle insurance
• Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs. throughout the day
• Maintain an organized, safe and clean work environment
• Able to bend, stoop and perform repetitive motions throughout the day
• Accountable, reliable team player willing to instruct and assist

‍Job Duties:
• Create invoices, verify accuracy, identify errors, and make corrections.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices.
• Maintain weekly AR collection reports and assist sales with collections
• Apply finance charges when necessary.
• Accurately apply payments received into the system.
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping records.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately following company policy and accepted accounting practices.
• Create and update various reports using Excel.
• Assist with certificates of insurance requests.
• File preliminary liens through the State Construction Registry website
• Be willing to be cross-trained and assist when needed.
• Must have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, detail-oriented, dependable, and have a professional attitude.
• Must be able to follow standard filing procedures regarding payroll law and accounts receivable.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive company information.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to interact with employees and customers professionally.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment emphasizing accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately.

Required work experience
• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred.
